Capstone Partners weaves personal relationships, market knowledge and product experience into unique opportunities to form strategic business partnerships in real estate with investors, tenants, and consultants. Formed in 2002, Capstone Partners brings more than 120 years and $5 billion of combined real estate experience and execution. 

Working with offices in Seattle, Portland and Reno, Capstone Partners have developed or acquired over $500 million of land and buildings in the last five years.  In the Seattle market, past projects and acquisitions include 1.7 million square feet of office and industrial projects, 115 housing units, plus over $40 million of land.  Most recently, Capstone started construction on a $45 million facility leased to Korry Electronics, a division of Esterline Corporation – NYSE.  This project is anticipated to be completed in late 2009.

Currently, Capstone is planning an additional $300 million of projects. Over the next 12 -36 months including office, industrial and apartment projects in Lake Union, Everett, Redmond and Kirkland.

The Seattle Capstone Partner operations are led by Kirk Johnson and Mike Hubbard. In addition to their experiences with Capstone, both had significant regional and national roles in the former Trammell Crow Company. This company grew from local development roots into an international services and development company that went public in 1997 and was sold to CB Richard Ellis in 2006.
